Can you come out the same day?
In most cases, yes. We offer same-day callouts across Manchester, Salford, Trafford, Bury and Stockport. Call 0161 210 2536 and we will book a time that suits you. For jobs like wasp nests we can often visit while you are at work, so there is no need to wait in all day.
How many visits does a rat or mouse treatment take?
A typical rat or mouse treatment takes three visits. The first is a survey and treatment. We then come back twice, 7 to 10 days apart, to check for activity and remove any dead rodents and leftover bait. We will also tell you how the rodents are getting in and what to do about it.
Are your treatments guaranteed?
Yes. Our rat and mouse treatments are guaranteed to get rid of the problem, and our wasp nest treatments are 100% guaranteed: if the nest is still active, we come back and treat it again at no extra charge.
Are your treatments safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use tamper-resistant bait boxes, and our trained technicians never leave products anywhere children or pets can easily reach them.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
Often, yes. Tell us what you are seeing and we can usually quote there and then. If we need to see the problem first, one of our BPCA-trained surveyors will visit and give you a price and a recommended treatment.
Do you offer pest control contracts for businesses?
